Sales and Marketing Executives

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of AEA Ghana's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the unique features of our products.
• Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques is a plus.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.

Remuneration:

• Monthly salary: Ghc 1,500 based on performance
• Commission: Attractive commission structure, with earnings based on sales performance.
