Job Summary
We are a looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive who will play a key role in driving the promotion and growth of the College by developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at increasing student enrollment, brand awareness, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and marketing with practical experience in building relationships, managing campaigns, and driving revenue growth. This role is based in the college and the candidate should reside near Spintex, Nungua, or Tema to ensure effective engagement with the local community.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Actively promote the college’s programs and services to prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders
- Identify and generate leads for new student enrollment by building relationships with local communities, businesses, and institutions.
- Conduct face-to-face, phone, and online sales presentations to prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process.
Marketing Campaigns and Promotions:
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, digital marketing, print advertisements, and outdoor promotions.
- Create compelling content and marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, newsletters, and posters to promote the college and its programs.
Digital Marketing and Social Media Management:
- Manage the college's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring regular and engaging content is posted.
- Create and execute online ad campaigns, targeting specific audiences to drive leads and conversions.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, demands, and gaps in the education sector relevant to the college’s programs.
- Gather and analyze data on competitors, potential markets, and prospective students to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager on the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives, including enrollment figures, ROI, and campaign performance.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, student inquiries, and contacts in the CRM system.
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-up with prospective students and their families throughout the decision-making process.
Event Coordination and Community Outreach:
- Organize and participate in community engagement activities, workshops, and events to increase brand visibility and establish the college as a trusted institution in the local area.
- Partner with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to promote the college and create opportunities for student recruitment.
Key Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
- HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage).
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a good track record in generating leads, closing sales, and meeting targets.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the education or related sector is a plus).
Preferred Location:
- The candidate must reside in or around Spintex, Nungua, or Tema to ensure ease of travel to the college and engagement with local communities.
