Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving revenue targets.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales goals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.



Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and SEO.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and agencies for promotional materials.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
  • Manage online presence, including website updates and online advertising.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Listen to customer needs/feedback and report to Management.



Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools including AI driven Sales and Marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Etc.).
  • Work for long and sometimes odd hours (which may include weekends) in order to meet deadlines.
  • Engage in frequent travelling across the country to engage with clients and prospects.
