Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales goals.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and SEO.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and agencies for promotional materials.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage online presence, including website updates and online advertising.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Listen to customer needs/feedback and report to Management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools including AI driven Sales and Marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Etc.).
- Work for long and sometimes odd hours (which may include weekends) in order to meet deadlines.
- Engage in frequent travelling across the country to engage with clients and prospects.
