Sales and Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to meet company targets.
• Identify and engage potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Develop promotional campaigns and oversee advertising initiatives.
• Oversee and advice on social media marketing as well as assist with strategies to create awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand positioning and visibility.
• Prepare and present sales reports and market analysis to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Hospitality sector.
• Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred, with fluency in French or other foreign languages being an added advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
• Must be tech savvy and social media expect.
• Candidate must live around Osu and its environs.
