Sales And Engagement Associate

Erith Health Ghana is a leading healthcare company in Ghana, offering innovative healthcare products and services to improve the health and well-being of our customers. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Accra.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to generate new business opportunities
• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions to meet those needs
• Present and demonstrate the benefits of our products to customers
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure the successful delivery of products and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain knowledgeable about our products and services
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the health industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of healthcare products and industry trends in Ghana
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
