As a Sales Agent/Marketing Representative, you will be in the field, actively engaging with property owners, real estate agents, and businesses. Your role is to identify potential clients, introduce them to the benefits of our virtual tours and property management services, and provide quality referrals. This position offers flexibility and rewards you with a commission-based structure, including performance bonuses for exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and Sell Services: Introduce our virtual tours and property management services to real estate agents, property developers, and property owners.
• Generate Leads: Identify and engage potential clients through on-field marketing efforts, networking, and community engagement.
• Provide Quality Referrals: Ensure the referrals meet our client eligibility criteria and are genuinely interested in our services.
• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, keeping them informed about new offerings and updates.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets to qualify for additional performance bonuses.
