Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Present, promote, and sell products to potential and existing customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in company records.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on inquiries to ensure client satisfaction.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

Education:

• HND, Diploma, or SHS qualification.
• Experience and Skills:
• Proven sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the industry or product line is an advantage.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to operate an Android device.
• Proficiency in English and Twi/Ga.
• Must possess a valid Ghana Card and have a bank account.
