Roofing Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage roofing projects from start to finish.
• Schedule and supervise roofing crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed according to scope, safety standards, and local building codes.
• Communicate regularly with clients, sales team, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings and post-project walk-throughs with customers.
• Order materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites.
• Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Resolve job site issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate project records including job costs, timelines, and quality inspections.
• Train and mentor field staff and crew leaders.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• HND / Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• Proven experience in roofing, construction, or project management (5+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial roofing systems (asphalt, metal, TPO, EPDM, Alu-zine, aluminum, Trusses). 
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Occupational health and safety certified is a plus.
• Fluent in English is a plus. 
• Ability to climb ladders and be on rooftops for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
