Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Retail Shop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our new shopping mall. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing retail shops or malls, with excellent leadership, customer service, and sales skills.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Lead and supervise a team of sales associates and support staff.
- Develop and implement customer service standards.
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organization.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Shop/Mall Manager.
- Proven track record of success in retail management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
