Job Summary:
The Retail Sales Manager will lead and oversee the performance of the retail sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
- A first degree in Business Administration (HRM, Finance, Marketing, or any relevant field).
- A Diploma in Insurance or higher will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in business development within the insurance industry or finance company.
- At least 3 years of management experience.
- Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management.
