Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a deep understanding of restaurant management. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving financial targets.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality management.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and customer base.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu quality and consistency.
- Plan and execute special events and catering services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Solid understanding of financial management and cost-control practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: GHS 2000
