Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Resort Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at our beach resort in Mankoadze. As a Resort Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests while managing the kitchen operations. You must have a strong attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to delivering high- quality dishes in a timely manner.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for our resort.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop seasonal menus and special offerings.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain a high level of efficiency and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Address guest dietary needs and preferences to ensure a personalized dining experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef in a resort or hospitality setting.
- Strong culinary skills with a deep knowledge of various cuisines.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about food quality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with guests and staff effectively.
- Good understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene.
