Job Summary
Voazok Agritours is seeking a highly skilled Research Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Suite tools and will be responsible for developing budgets, programs, and analytical reports. The consultant will work closely with the CEO and contribute to data analysis and other research-related activities.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop budgets and programs using Excel, demonstrating high proficiency with complex functions and data analysis tools.
- Analyze survey data and develop comprehensive reports that provide clear insights and recommendations.
- Create technical and analytical reports for various research projects, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the CEO, contributing to the company's research and data-driven decision-making processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis tools, complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Proficiency in other Microsoft Suite tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in developing technical and analytical reports, with a strong focus on data- driven insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
- Must have a degree (any relevant field).
Desired Qualifications:
- Background in Econometrics is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with survey data analysis and report generation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach tasks with a solutions-oriented mindset.
