Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Data Reporting and Visualization
- Extract, compile, and analyze data from internal systems, including CRM, ERP, and inventory management tools.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Google Looker Studio or equivalent tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Ensure all reports are accurate, reliable, and delivered on time to key stakeholders.
Statistical Analysis and Insights
- Analyze performance metrics, trends, and operational data to provide actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiency.
- Develop forecasts and predictive models to support strategic decision-making.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Support
- Partner with sales, operations, and management teams to understand reporting needs and deliver custom solutions.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Respond promptly to ad hoc data and reporting requests.
Automation and Optimization
- Automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data collection, reporting methodologies, and workflows.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a reporting, analytics, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Looker Studio and/or equivalent reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (experience in the natural stone or construction industry is a plus).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable format.
Preferred:
- Experience automating reporting workflows and integrating multiple data sources.
- Knowledge of industry-specific KPIs related to sales, inventory, and operational efficiency.
- Prior experience with cloud-based data platforms or APIs for data extraction.
