Job Description/Requirements
In this pivotal role, you will drive customer acquisition and satisfaction by effectively managing sales, enhancing our social media footprint, and ensuring seamless administrative operations. Your ability to close sales, provide exceptional customer support, and manage social media platforms with precision is crucial to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with potential customers to close sales and generate qualified leads.
· Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
· Develop and manage compelling content across our social media channels.
· Support various administrative tasks including scheduling, managing emails, and database maintenance.
· Leverage technology and software tools to optimize efficiency and productivity.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
· Take initiative on projects, offer innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
· Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all communications and tasks.
Qualifications:
· 5-10 years of Proven experience in sales, customer service, social media management, and administrative tasks.
· Excellent spoken and written English skills.
· Confident using technology, including social media and various software applications.
· Detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Self-motivated, capable of working independently and taking initiative.
· Friendly and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills.
· Reliable high-speed internet connection and a high-performance computer.
Compensation and Work Hours:
· GHS 3,000 per month plus performance based bonus
· Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST USA time
