Job Summary

The Relationship Manager, Public Sector, is responsible for developing and managing relationships with public sector clients and other institutions. The role involves identifying business opportunities, delivering tailored solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of public sector processes, strong networking skills, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draw up work schedules for identifying and marketing prospective customers
  • Maintain good public relations with current and prospective customers
  • Definition of marketing and sales strategies of Public Sector units
  • Development of Public Sector Products & Services
  • Management and maintenance of existing customer relationships and development of new customer relationship
  • Monitor the unit’s performance against monthly/quarterly/annual plans
  • Prepare the teams annual budget for consolidation and incorporation into the Divisional Budget
  • Joint marketing calls with other CCBG teams/branches
  • Achieve PCE, Balance and other performance target
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by Head


Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree preferably in Business, Finance or a related field. A Masters degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 6 -8 years experience in the Banking industry.
  • Relevant professional certifications in the field (ie. ACIB, ICA or ACCA).
