The Relationship Manager, Power or Energy, will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with clients in the power and energy sector. This role involves understanding the unique needs of energy stakeholders, including renewable energy providers, utilities, and regulators, and delivering tailored solutions to enhance business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities in the evolving energy landscape.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Power or Energy.
- Financial Solutions: Provide customized banking products and services to meet the unique needs of these clients.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Power or Energy Sector.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and support.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Public Sector
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree preferably in Business, Finance or a related field. A Masters degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 6 -8 years experience in the Banking industry.
- Relevant professional certifications in the field (ie. ACIB, ICA or ACCA).
