Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Manufacturing Sector.
- Financial Solutions: Provide customized banking products and services to meet the unique needs of these clients.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Manufacturing Sector.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and support.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Public Sector
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree preferably in Business, Finance or a related field. A Masters degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 6 -8 years experience in the Banking industry.
- Relevant professional certifications in the field (ie. ACIB, ICA or ACCA).
