The Relationship Manager, FinTech, is responsible for building and managing relationships with financial technology companies, including startups and established organizations. This role involves understanding the unique needs of FinTech clients, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and providing tailored solutions to support their innovation and growth. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the FinTech ecosystem, strong networking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate regulatory landscapes and rapidly evolving market trends to drive success for both clients and the organization.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the FinTech Sector.
- Financial Solutions: Provide customized banking products and services to meet the unique needs of these clients.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FinTech Sector.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and support.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Public Sector
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree preferably in Business, Finance or a related field. A Masters degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 6 -8 years experience in the Banking industry.
- Relevant professional certifications in the field (ie. ACIB, ICA or ACCA).
