Job Summary
The Relationship Manager, Embassies & NGOs, is tasked with building and nurturing relationships with embassies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and other international bodies. This role involves identifying partnership opportunities, delivering customized solutions to meet the unique needs of these clients, and ensuring their satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of diplomatic and NGO operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive strategic outcomes in a global context.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the embassies and NGOs sectors.
- Financial Solutions: Provide customized banking products and services to meet the unique needs of these clients.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the embassies and NGOs sectors.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and support.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Public Sector
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree preferably in Business, Finance or a related field. A Masters degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 6 -8 years experience in the Banking industry.
- Relevant professional certifications in the field (ie. ACIB, ICA or ACCA).
