What You Become a Part Of:

The successful candidate will be lead the charge in expanding market presence, leading a high-performing sales team, and building strong customer relationships. This role combines leadership, strategy and customer focus to create lasting impact.

What to Expect:

  • Prepare sales budget for delegates and create action plans to generate demand to meet/surpass sales targets.
  • Monitoring sales performance on regular basis and initiate corrective actions, if needed.
  • Works with the consumer teams on the field, be able to provide coaching feedback to its team members basis their performance.
  • Drive the execution of marketing activities to promote products and build/boost brand visibility, in coordination with the brand managers.
  • Encourage and motivate the performance of the delegates on critical KPI, including sales, by supervising, assessing, providing real-time feedback, and recognizing achievements, to meet/surpass individual and team targets.
  • KOL development to improve sales and augment the market share of various Shalina brands
  • Have knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies and report to central marketing and sales leadership.
  • Engage, mentor, and enable career growth of delegates by working out clear development roadmaps and action plans to build a high preforming team
  • Understand, adhere to, and enable the team to live the organization vision/mission and core values.

Essential Skills, Experience & Education:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business of related field
  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in FMCG
  • Self-Motivated: A self-starter with the ability to stay independently motivated and deliver on assigned mandates.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of building and driving high-performing sales teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
