Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional PMEL Specialist located in Accra. The specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to project monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities. The role involves ensuring the implementation of PMEL frameworks, conducting data collection and analysis, and supporting capacity-building initiatives for cooperatives and farmer organizations.

Qualifications

• Data Collection and Analysis, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Learning skills
• Experience in project management and capacity-building initiatives
• Knowledge of cooperative development, financial management, and governance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
• Relevant degree in International Development, Agriculture, Economics, or related field
