Our school follows the GES and Cambridge Curriculum with the Montessori method, focusing on self-directed learning, hands-on activities, and holistic development.



We are seeking passionate, experienced, and certified early childhood teachers to join our dynamic team!



Responsibilities



– Prepare and maintain Montessori-style classrooms and materials



– Design and implement individualized lesson plans



– Foster independence, self-motivation, and social responsibility



– Observe and record student progress



– Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and school programs



– Communicate effectively with parents and guardians



– Participate in staff development and training opportunities



Requirements:



– Early Childhood Development Certificate (Diploma, Degree, …)



– Montessori certification (AMC, MACTE, or equivalent) is an advantage.



– 2 years Preschool teaching experience (essential)



– Strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices



– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills



– Ability to work in a diverse, international environment



– Experience with child-cantered and play-based learning approaches



Preferred Qualifications:



– Early childhood education degree or diploma
