Job Summary

We are seeking the services of a Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our team. Professionally answer main telephone line, screen and direct calls. Monitor main line voice messages

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries and orders via phone and online.
  • Coordinating with kitchen staff for order preparation.
  • Packaging and labeling food for delivery or pickup.
  • Managing inventory for packaging supplies.
  • Maintaining order records and daily reports.


Requirements:

  • Must be conversant with Microsoft 365, Asaana and Quickbooks.
  • Must have good letter writing skills.
