Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and orders via phone and online.
- Coordinating with kitchen staff for order preparation.
- Packaging and labeling food for delivery or pickup.
- Managing inventory for packaging supplies.
- Maintaining order records and daily reports.
Requirements:
- Must be conversant with Microsoft 365, Asaana and Quickbooks.
- Must have good letter writing skills.
