Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all reception operations, ensuring exceptional guest service.
- Manage and train the reception team, optimizing performance.
- Implement SOPs for efficient check-in/out and front desk processes.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work flexible shifts.
