Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all reception operations, ensuring exceptional guest service.
  • Manage and train the reception team, optimizing performance.
  • Implement SOPs for efficient check-in/out and front desk processes.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.



Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar hospitality role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work flexible shifts.
