Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.
• Manage project costs to ensure adherence to the projected budget.
• Perform risk, value management, and cost control.
• Advise on procurement strategy and prepare tender and contract documents.
• Negotiate contracts and work schedules with contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Measure and value the work done on-site.
• Prepare and analyze costings for tenders.
• Provide advice on contractual claims and write detailed progress reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project success.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or HND in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience: Minimum experience in Quantity Surveying, BSc 7 years and HND 10 years.
