Job Summary
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality and compliance standards.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.
- Manage project costs to ensure adherence to the projected budget.
- Perform risk, value management, and cost control.
- Advise on procurement strategy and prepare tender and contract documents.
- Negotiate contracts and work schedules with contractors and suppliers.
- Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Measure and value the work done on-site.
- Prepare and analyze costings for tenders.
- Provide advice on contractual claims and write detailed progress reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project success.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Proficient in quantity surveying software and tools.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or HND in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience: Minimum experience in Quantity Surveying, BSc 7 years and HND 10 years.
