Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to join our agri business team. In this role, you will ensure that all products sourced from suppliers meet our high-quality standards and specifications. You will also oversee the preservation, processing, and delivery of products to maintain hygiene and compliance with our operating standards.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and verify that all incoming meat and seafood products meet quality specifications.
- Monitor the preservation, storage, processing, and delivery of products to ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with HACCP protocols
- Liaise with health and safety authorities for routine checks, audits, and reviews as necessary.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues
- Ensure that all products delivered to customers meet our safety and quality standards.
- Document quality control processes, findings, and corrective actions.
- Support ongoing training initiatives for staff on hygiene and food safety practices.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, or a related field. • Basic knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
