Job Summary
Seeking a responsible and a hard working Quality Control Officer who is responsible for ensuring that our company's products and services meet established quality standards by monitoring, inspecting, and testing production processes and outputs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identify defects, deviations from standards, and implement corrective actions to maintain or improve quality. QCOs also document findings, report to management, and may contribute to the development and improvement of quality control policies and procedures.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conducting daily laboratory analysis on PKO (Palm Kernel Oil) and PKC.
- Checking machinery efficiency by performing the required test/analysis on the company's product.
- The QCO must document findings, report to management, and contribute to the development and improvement of quality control policies and procedures.
- Collecting, preparing and testing sample of PKO,PKC, PKS and PKN.
- Ensuring safety processes and procedures in the factory.
- Keeping accurate records of in-house and external laboratory analysis and
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the management of the company.
- Ensure raw materials and finished products meet specifications through meticulous examination and precise measurement tools.
- Perform durability, functionality, and safety tests to validate product quality and performance using standardized methods.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, noting deviations or defects found to ensure traceability and quality control.
- Communicate identified defects promptly to supervisors and collaborate or corrective actions for timely resolution.
- Verify products meet industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements by staying updated on quality regulations.
- Oversee production stages to uphold consistent quality standards and identify areas for improvement in machinery and workflows.
- Develop and enforce effective protocols to optimize inspection processes and enhance product quality assurance.
- Analyze quality-related customer concerns, identify root causes, and collaborate on solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during inspections and production activities to promote a secure workplace for all personnel.
- Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance with quality standards and regulations.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing duties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
