Job Description/Requirements
THE KOKROBITEY INSTITUTE, located in Kokrobite in the Greater Accra Region, is looking for a skilled, creative and resourceful individual to join our team as Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects for the Institute. Initial project scope features an initiative to transform Ghana's pre-consumer textile waste into market-ready products.
Responsibilities & Deliverables includes:
- Meeting with the management team and collaborators to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and cost
- Develop detailed project plans to guide team and revise based on changing needs and requirements
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, to ensure timely delivery and within budget
- Work effectively with team members and relevant collaborators for efficient project implementation
- Communicate project status to management, project team, stakeholders and collaborators
- Investigate slippage and refine processes
- The ideal candidate will have at least a B.S. Degree or PMP certification from a reputable institution with at least two years' experience as a project manager
