This role extends beyond engineering responsibilities, encompassing operational, administrative, and representational activities to ensure the seamless execution of company projects.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise contract negotiations and manage project logistics.
- Oversee budget control and ensure financial efficiency across projects.
- Manage engineering and construction logistics related to maintenance and facilities operations.
- Monitor suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Oversee environmental management programs, including waste management initiatives.
- Supervise maintenance personnel, including electricians, contractors, landscapers, and security staff.
- Develop and manage maintenance and repair schedules across the organization.
- Support administrative tasks such as purchasing equipment, advertising materials, and other essentials.
- Represent the company at events and ensure positive public relations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technician or engineering background, preferably with construction experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated success in executing housing projects (infrastructure experience is an advantage but not essential).
- Adequate knowledge of licensing design.
- Familiar with wastewater treatment systems, boreholes, and mechanical equipment.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Self-motivated, confident, and a team leader with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively and manage staff schedules.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Solid experience managing housing and infrastructure projects. (5yrs+)
- Ability to interpret and adapt designs, making on-site adjustments as required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and present projects to clients.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with diverse teams.
