Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Apply coatings and finishes to glass surfaces using manual and automated spraying equipment.
- Prepare glass surfaces for coating, including cleaning and masking.
- Mix and match coatings to achieve desired colors and finishes.
- Operate and maintain spraying equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Meet production deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Sprayer in a glass installation or manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of various glass types, coatings, and finishing techniques.
- Experience with manual and automated spraying equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
