Professional Courier/Dispatch Rider

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver packages safely and efficiently from one point to another.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries for clients, including corporate offices and food delivery platforms.
• Maintain proper records of deliveries, receipts, and any payments collected.
• Plan routes effectively to optimize delivery time and fuel efficiency.
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch managers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the motorcycle and report any mechanical issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure proper handling of all packages.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid motorcycle riding license.
• At least 1 year of experience in dispatch or courier services.
• Ability to read and write to keep accurate records of deliveries.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and professional in handling deliveries.
• Good knowledge of Accra’s road network, particularly around Adabraka and its environs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
