Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within food, animal feed, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • He /she will complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work goals; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
  • He /she will ensure that production records are generated real-time, reviewed and stored according to approved factory rules and regulations.
  • He / she will facilitate efficient movement of raw materials and supplies in the factory, and ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety rules and procedures are closely followed throughout the factory.
  • He/she will coordinate maintenance, calibration, repairs and installation activities with the Engineering/Maintenance team to assure minimal interruption to manufacturing and packaging operations.
  • He/she will coordinate with Quality Control to ensure that raw materials and finished goods meet prescribed standards.
  • He will maintain a clean and hygienic environment and enforce pest control procedures within the factory.
  • Installing security systems and controls.



Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A BS/MS degree in a technical discipline with 3 to 5 years plant supervision experience in a human food, animal feed or pharmaceutical manufacturing company is required.
  • Good written and communication skills, people skills, confidence.
  • Basic computer literacy is a necessity for success in this role.
