- JOB PURPOSE:
The Digital Platforms Product Manager will lead the development, growth, and optimization of digital platforms, including ride-hailing, telemedicine, and e-commerce applications. This role focuses on delivering exceptional user experiences, driving business goals, and ensuring the seamless execution of product strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical/Operations duties
- Product Strategy and Planning:
- Define and prioritize product features and functionalities based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with organizational goals.
- Collaboration and Development:
- Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to conceptualize and deliver innovative digital solutions.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of platform enhancements and new features.
- User Research and Insights:
- Conduct in-depth user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform product development.
- Translate insights into actionable improvements to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor platform performance metrics, identify issues, and implement proactive solutions.
- Continuously evaluate product performance to drive optimization and scalability.
- Go-to-Market Strategies:
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive product adoption and engagement.
