  1. JOB PURPOSE:

The Digital Platforms Product Manager will lead the development, growth, and optimization of digital platforms, including ride-hailing, telemedicine, and e-commerce applications. This role focuses on delivering exceptional user experiences, driving business goals, and ensuring the seamless execution of product strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Technical/Operations duties
  1. Product Strategy and Planning:
  • Define and prioritize product features and functionalities based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with organizational goals.
  1. Collaboration and Development:
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to conceptualize and deliver innovative digital solutions.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of platform enhancements and new features.
  1. User Research and Insights:
  • Conduct in-depth user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform product development.
  • Translate insights into actionable improvements to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
  1. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Monitor platform performance metrics, identify issues, and implement proactive solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate product performance to drive optimization and scalability.
  1. Go-to-Market Strategies:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive product adoption and engagement.
  1. General duties

  • User Engagement Metrics: Growth in active users, session duration, and user retention rates across platforms.
  • Platform Performance: Uptime, speed, and reliability of digital platforms with minimal technical issues.
  • Feature Success: Adoption rates and user satisfaction for new features and updates.
  • Revenue Growth: Contribution of platforms to overall business revenue through monetization strategies.
  • Project Delivery: Timeliness and quality of feature rollouts and updates as per the product roadmap.
  • Customer Feedback: Positive user feedback and reduction in complaints or support tickets related to platform functionality.

  • Proven track record of managing digital platforms, particularly in ride-hailing, telemedicine, and e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles with the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
