Job Summary
The Product Executive is responsible for supporting the development and enhancement of Betika product offerings. Acting as a key collaborator, the Product Executive contributes to customer advocacy, innovation, and the overall advancement of Betika products. Responsibilities include assisting in spearheading new initiatives, optimizing revenue growth strategies, and actively participating in efforts to enhance customer retention.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development and Strategy
- Support the Country Manager in developing and executing the product strategy for the Betika products offerings, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market demands.
- Support in managing the product development roadmap, prioritizing features and updates to enhance user experience and drive business growth.
Marketing Analysis and Competitive Research
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions on products.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for product improvement.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the tech, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless product development and successful product launches.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create effective product messaging and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.
Customer Experience and Engagement
- Ensure the sportsbook and gaming products deliver a seamless and engaging experience for users, from navigation to betting processes.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure the products meet user needs and expectations.
Risk Management
- Identify potential risks related to the sportsbook and gaming products and implement strategies to mitigate these risks, including fraud prevention and responsible gambling measures.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce /Marketing/Social Sciences or related field.
- Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies/ Publication.
- Relevant Certification in Product Management Work Experience Required
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in products preferably in the betting industry
