Job Summary
We are looking for Preschool teachers and Primary School Teachers to foster and facilitate the intellectual and social development of our school children. Teaching preschool includes planning, implementing and assessing lessons. You will teach children with patience and creativity. A preschool teacher’s duties include designing a teaching plan and using activities and instructional methods to motivate children.

Job Description For Preschool
● Teach alphabet and numeracy along with personal, social and emotional skills
● Organize learning material and resources
● Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities
● Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information
● Assess student performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on a regular basis
● Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing
● Cooperate with administration staff
● Follow and comply with GES teaching standards and safety regulations
Job Requirements For Preschool Teachers:
● Excellent knowledge of child development and the latest education theories and practices
● Creative and artistic teaching abilities
● Teaching and organization skills
● Patience and flexibility
● Strong communication skills
● Keep up with the latest trends and best practices
● BSc degree in education or relevant license/certificate applies through A minimum of a university degree, preferably in Education; or other relevant experience working with children in a classroom setting
● At least 3 years of teaching experience
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Must possess a strong work ethic, and be a person of integrity
● Candidates must be a learner themselves – constantly reading and learning about new trends and topics
● Must have the knowledge and experience of the Montessori approach to teaching.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PRIMARY TEACHER
● Preparing teaching materials ahead of each lesson and teaching lessons
● Organizing the classroom, its display and the resources used
● Evaluating pupils’ homework
● Keeping an eye on each child’s progress
● Working with other educational professionals such as social workers or psychologists
● Communicating with parents
● Keeping up to date with the curriculum and best practices.
● Adapts and reassesses lesson plans to meet specific student needs, comply with newly implemented guidelines or rules, and to update relevant information and include new developments in education.
● Manages the diverse ability levels of students.
● Adapts curriculum to fit student needs while maintaining overall class progress.
● Possesses and continually develops working knowledge of national curriculum programs and frameworks.
● Assesses and records student development, while identifying problem areas and areas which need attention and improvement.
● Provides a safe, positive learning environment for students.
● Communicate with any and all other staff members who engage with students.
● Communicate with parents as per school guidelines on a regular basis, including presenting student progress reports and informing parents of requisite student discipline.
● Maintains order and discipline among students while promoting safety and compliance with school rules and guidelines.
● Attends occasional continuing education seminars.
● Attends and takes part in school meetings on curriculum, organization, and guidelines.
