As a Pressure Pumping Sales Leader you will take ownership for and represent Baker Hughes. Using your knowledge of the market and customers, you will build trusted relationship. Acting as an ambassador for the customer, you will contribute innovative insights that generate new and maximize existing sales opportunities.
As a Pressure Pumping Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:
Providing support for pressure pumping operations to ensure iron rig-up and handling of fluids are completed safely
Working to ensure new assets, repaired assets and spares are captured with the Sales & Operations Planning process
Advising on any commercial matters that could influence the bid strategy and support the Sales and Commercial team in delivering the proposal in accordance with the agreed strategy.
Discussing sales approach with manager and handling targeted clients.
Identifying and prepare new tools & fixtures for new orders and new products.
Identifying and report to service manager situations that could provide opportunities for future sales.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have 6 years of experience, within Oil and Gas field, Pressure Pumping, and Coiled Tubing
Bachelor's degree (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales)
Be able to develop and execute sound sales strategy to maximize business opportunities
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills including communicating complex content to a range of audiences
Be able to demonstrate project management skills and be experience in project leadership
