Preschool Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the preschool.
• Design and implement age-appropriate, engaging, and enriching educational programs.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for children, parents, and staff.
• Oversee staff development, training, and performance, ensuring adherence to educational standards.
• Maintain open communication with parents and guardians to support student learning and development.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards in child care and education.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field.
• A degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related discipline.
• Strong managerial and leadership skills with experience in team management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• A commitment to fostering an engaging and innovative learning experience for young children.
