Job Summary
We’re looking for a Solution Architect to join our team in EMEA (preferred in Germany or UK). The solution architecture role involves designing and overseeing the comprehensive structure of a complex system or application. This role ensures that the system meets the business objectives, technical requirements, and aligns with the organizations overall strategy and value. Solution Architects create blueprints that integrate various components like software, hardware, external data, and processes to deliver the desired outcomes. We are business designers who will coach and help operationalize in scope capabilities. Solution architects play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and implementation, shaping the organization's direction.

Job Description/Requirements
- Documentation: Creating comprehensive scope documentation, diagrams and guidelines that help teams understand and implement the design correctly. This requires diligence in Projectplace.
- Collaboration: Working closely with implementation consultants, integration teams, GRS, Agile experts, training and others to ensure that the architecture is implemented accurately and in alignment with the design.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitoring the implemented design, identifying areas for improvement, and adapting the design as necessary to address evolving needs and pivot. Customer Journey
What You'll Bring:
- Must have experience in Enterprise Level Portfolio and Project management or Lean Portfolio Management environments
- Must have a solid grasp of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum,Waterfall) and tools, with the ability to adapt to the needs of different projects and clients.
- Must be fluent in English
