Job Title: Pharmacist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a FULL TIME , results-driven Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations, manage teams and to contribute to strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Manage pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
- Supervise and develop pharmacy employees
- Analyze data to optimize pharmacy performance and customers outcomes
- Implement quality improvement initiatives
- Develop and manage budgets
- Ensure staff training and continuous development
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making
- Ensure medication safety and inventory management
- Ensure that the company complies with government regulations and licensing
- Enforce company policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or PharmD
- 3+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably in a management or administrative role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Business acumen and analytical skills
- Experience with pharmacy software and management systems
