This role requires exceptional administrative, communication, and multitasking skills to manage business and educational operations efficiently.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle email correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and projects in both business and education sectors.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Assist with office administration and stakeholder communication.
- Conduct research and prepare documents for business and educational initiatives.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field.
- 1–5 years’ experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, preferably in business or education.
- Strong Microsoft Office and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in event planning and travel management.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
