We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to the management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Organize and manage the schedules, appointments, and meetings of executives or managers.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize important documents, files, and reports, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, and special meetings.
- Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
- Expense Management: Track and process expenses, create reports, and handle petty cash management.
- Project Assistance: Provide support on key projects, helping with research, data collection, and coordination.
- Task Prioritization: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
