Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled PA who will provide administrative and operational support to the organization’s leadership. This individual will handle a wide range of tasks, from managing schedules and communications to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Strong organizational, communication, and IT skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives & schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, proofread, and send emails, memos, and other correspondence as required.
  • Handle internal and external communications, acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, events, and presentations.
  • Utilize IT tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite) to enhance workflow and ensure productivity.
  • Help in managing company databases, handling data entry, and performing research as needed.
  • Manage office supplies, ensuring that the workplace remains organized and efficient.
  • Handle other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as needed.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of SHS certificate or Diploma (any relevant field).
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant, office assistant, or in a similar administrative role (preferred but not required).
  • Strong proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and other office management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Candidate must live in Lashibi and its environs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: GHS 2,500 – 3,000
