Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the General Manager of our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the General Manager's schedule, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Manage the General Manager’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders. Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate business travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize important documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure timely submission of reports and other deliverables.
- Project Support: Assist in the coordination of key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Event Planning: Help organize company events, conferences, and special meetings as required.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
- Liaison: Act as a bridge between the General Manager and department heads to ensure smooth communication across the company.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and summaries for the General Manager’s review.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
