Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks: Manage calendars, schedule and represent MD in meetings, take notes and prepare minutes
- Communication: Answer phone calls and emails, and respond to correspondence
- Travel arrangements: Check vehicle, book flights, hotels, and transportation
- Event planning: Coordinate events, including venue selection, catering, and guest management
- Document preparation: Draft correspondence, prepare reports and presentation and maintain a filing system
- Supervisory: Reviewing reports of direct reporting staff.
- Personal errands: Run errands, such as shopping for groceries or picking up dry cleaning
- Financial management: Oversee personal finances, including bill payments and budgeting
- Liaison: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other staff
- Background research: Conduct background research and present findings
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with care and maintain confidentiality
Requirements:
- Educational Level: Diploma in Business Administration or higher
- Working Experience: One year
