Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage CEO’s calendar and coordinate meetings.
- Communication Management: Screen emails, draft correspondence, and act as liaison between CEO and stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Track tasks, update project management tools, and follow up on deadlines with team members.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct research, compile reports, and assist with presentations and proposals.
- Client & Partner Relations: Assist with client interactions, scheduling check-ins, and relationship management.
- Social Media Support: Draft content, track analytics, and assist with influencer outreach.
- Personal Task Management: Handle personal appointments, household tasks, errands, and family arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in communication and project management tools.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to multitask across professional and personal tasks seamlessly
