Job Description/Requirements

We are seeking a driven and reliable Personal Assistant with a background in real estate, construction, or law to support the Director of a growing real estate start-up. This role combines administrative duties, property management, and acting as an agent across multiple regions, particularly in Africa. You will work closely with an experienced entrepreneur and contribute to the company’s growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage email communications
  • Coordinate property inspections, site visits, and quotes for construction work
  • Act as the first point of contact for sales inquiries across Africa, preparing quotes and proposals
  • Manage property portfolio using cloud-based systems and assist with marketing efforts
  • Write and submit tenders, government applications, business plans, and detailed reports
  • Conduct site inspections, take photographs and drone footage, and prepare reports
  • Liaise with property, construction, and government teams across different regions
  • Represent the Director in meetings, inspections, and client visits, especially in Accra


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Postgraduate qualification in real estate, construction, or law
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
  • Experience with property management, preparing tenders, and government applications
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Honest, well-presented, and able to work independently across regions
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and inspections across Africa
