The Personal Assistant with Accounting Background will provide comprehensive administrative and accounting support to the CEO/Creative Director. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence and phone calls.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and appointments, ensuring all logistics are handled.
Accounting Duties:
- Maintain financial records and oversee the day-to-day financial operations.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for review by the CEO.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Office Management:
- Ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Project Management:
- Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Passion for the fashion industry and familiarity with its trends and demands.
- Must stay in and around Haasto, Achimota and its environs
