Payor Success & Relations Partnerships Manager

In this role, you will: 

• Lead key partnership implementation workstreams, including new partnership development, expansion of existing partnerships, and collaboration with internal and external cross-functional partners. Internal teams include, Growth, Customer & Client Support, Tech, and other Insurance Operations teams.
• Lead implementation of new opportunities for partnerships at Grow and act as the subject matter expert on partner KPIs 
• Develop creative strategies to deepen our existing relationships with partners that are of high value to our organization and mission

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

• You have 3+ years of experience in consulting with exposure to the healthcare space, and have a strong understanding of the payor landscape
• You are a strategic thought leader who understands how to leverage existing partnerships for mutually beneficial growth
• You have a track record of successfully managing client relationships and can intuit the needs of external partners
• You have used dashboards and data insights to create compelling stories for clients, taking into account macro goals of our organization plus those of our partners
• You bring a strong project management and creative problem solving background, and are ready to recommend solutions to improve business processes
• Bonus if you have experience working in healthtech!
