Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of patrol officers.
- Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Train and mentor team members, promoting professional development.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
- Prepare detailed reports on patrol activities, incidents, and any irregularities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of patrol equipment and vehicles.
- Liaise with clients and management to address security concerns effectively.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies and regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the security industry.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid [state/national] security license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in report writing and basic computer skills.
